U-First Financial Solutions is owned and operated by Noel Lang and Stephen Gibbs who are both qualified Financial Planners and authorised representatives of AMP Financial Planning.
Noel holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Qualified Justice of the Peace. Stephen holds a Diploma in Financial Planning, Bachelor of Business, Member of CPA Australia, is a qualified Justice of the Peace and accredited Mortgage Broker.
Both Noel and Stephen are well experienced in all areas of Financial Planning, specialising in personal Insurances needs, investment planning, Superannuation, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Retiremtn Planning, Centrelink services (including Aged Care advice) and the provision of both home and commercial loans.
Noel and Stephen are supported in business by Kathy Carlsson and Donna Paterson who are really the back bone of the business and will go out of their way to welcome you and assist you in any way possible.

Noel Lang
MBA, Adv.Dip FS (FP), PS(Policing), JP(Qual)
Noel holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, a Masters in Business Administration and is a Qualified Justice of the Peace.
He is well experienced in Financial Planning, specialises in investment planning and Self Managed Superannuation Funds.
Before qualifying as a Financial Planner, Noel had over 23 years in the Police Service. Noel is involved in various community groups; such as the Mackay Road Accident Action Group (RAAG) which he has been an active member since 2005.
For recreation and fitness, Noel participates in competition squash and also referees and plays touch football. When the weather and time allows Noel enjoys going fishing.

Stephen Gibbs
BBus CPA, JP(Qual), Dip FS (FP)
Stephen holds a Diploma in Financial Planning, Bachelor of Business, Member of CPA Australia, Qualified Mortgage Broker and is a qualified Justice of the Peace.
Before qualifying as a financial planner, he had over 20 years working in the financial sector as a ‘Certified Practicing Accountant’ with a wide range of organizations that include; Lend Lease, Collex Waste Management and Brisbane City Council. In 2001, he accepted a role with QLD Health so he could move back to his home town of Mackay with his wife Maree and two children.
As a member of Rotary, he enjoys being an active part of the Mackay community. Stephen enjoys fishing with his son, playing touch football and writing fantasy fiction. He has self-published his first novel, ‘Salonika’.
